Case study — pitch deck design
A lead-gen sales deck for physical therapy clinics
A pitch deck for a marketing agency’s done-for-you ad and automation package, built to walk a physical therapy clinic owner from “why we’re not growing” to “here’s the pricing, let’s start Thursday.

The brief:
The client runs a lead-generation service for physical therapy clinics — Facebook/Meta ads, a landing page, and automated follow-up, sold as a monthly retainer. They needed a deck their sales rep could walk a clinic owner through on a call: name the problem (word-of-mouth doesn’t scale), show the system, then land on three clear pricing tiers.
The content already existed as rough slide drafts with placeholder screenshots. The job was to give it a consistent visual system, clean up the diagrams and pricing tables, and make the close feel like a natural next step rather than a hard sell.
Process:
Problem-first structure
Opened on the clinic owner’s actual pain points — unpredictable bookings, referral dependence — before introducing the system, so the pitch feels diagnostic rather than promotional.
Simplify the system diagram
Reduced the four-step process — advertise, capture, notify, follow up — to a single clean diagram investors and clinic owners can grasp in seconds, instead of a busy icon collage.
Proof over claims
Replaced generic ad mockups with real ad and landing-page examples in context, so the clinic owner can picture exactly what gets built for them.
Clear, comparable pricing
Rebuilt the pricing section as a three-tier comparison table — Standard, Growth, Scale — so the decision is “which tier” rather than “yes or no.”
Selected slides
Representative pages from the deck.
Need a sales deck that actually closes?
I design pitch decks, sales presentations, and print materials for agencies and service businesses that need a clear story between the problem and the price.
