Case study — pitch deck design
A 260-slide sales communication training deck for AFAC
A two-part internal training presentation for AFAC’s phone-based sales and appointment-setting teams — covering communication fundamentals first, then a full call playbook with question types and a large objection-handling script library, unified into one visual system.

The brief:
AFAC runs a phone-based sales and appointment-setting operation and needed one shared training deck for the whole team: how to communicate well on a call, then exactly what to say once a prospect raises an objection. The content spanned two modules, “Bases de la Communication Efficace” and “La Prise de Rendez-vous,” built up over many working sessions and source files.
The job was to unify all of it, several hundred slides in total, into one consistent design system: a shared icon language, a navy and teal palette, hexagon photo frames, and section dividers that make a very long deck feel like one continuous training rather than several decks stitched together.
Process:
One system across every slide
Built one visual system across every slide, so hexagon photo frames, icon badges, and the navy and teal palette stay identical from the opening cover through the closing script.
Redraw the core diagram
Redrew the hand sketched Mon, Ton, and Notre Univers diagram as a clean three circle graphic, so the deck’s communication model reads as design rather than a rough draft.
Structure the objection library
Turned dozens of repeated objection and response slides into one consistent card format, with the objection as a headline and the scripted reply as a single readable paragraph below.
Design scripts for live calls
Built the call structure and question type slides for a rep glancing between calls, short labeled steps and bold open, closed, and alternative question cues instead of dense paragraphs.
Selected slides
Representative pages from the deck.
Need a training deck your whole team will actually use?
I design internal training decks, sales playbooks, and onboarding materials for teams that need something consistent enough to trust at slide two hundred and slide two.
